We provide the server with Administrator access; the account management, the billing and the support for your customers would all be yours to build. That is a bigger undertaking than a reseller plan and it is worth being honest about the difference.
No - we do not resell billing platform licences. You license that yourself, and invoices by hand are perfectly reasonable while you are small.
Check whether it is the full framework or .NET Core first - Core runs on Linux and changes the answer entirely. If it genuinely needs Windows, a Windows server is the route, and you would be administering it.
If they are on cPanel now, yes, and it is usually straightforward. Tell us how many accounts and where they are, and we will plan it so nobody loses mail on the day.
It usually turns out that Linux reselling covers it, which is the cheaper and far simpler answer. If it genuinely does not, we will say so.
