Yes. It is standard IMAP, POP and SMTP, so any mail client works, alongside the webmail and the mobile apps.
Different products from different vendors. Titan is the mailbox. The filtering and archiving below are SpamExperts, and they sit in front of or beside your mail - they are not a mailbox and will not replace one.
