Three allocations, and what separates them

Storage and the number of cPanel accounts you can create are the two figures that decide this. Everything else is on all three.

How it works

One account of ours, many of yours

Including the part most pages leave out, which is who picks up the phone when your customer has a problem.

01

You get WHM, they get cPanel

WHM is the parent account: you carve your allocation into packages, set the limits, and create an account per client. Each client gets their own cPanel and never sees WHM or us.

02

Your name on it, not ours

White-label means the nameservers, the control panel branding and the client-facing side carry your business. We do not contact your customers and we do not appear in front of them.

03

You set the prices

You are buying an allocation, not a fixed number of resale slots. What you charge for a package is entirely yours, and the margin is the point of the exercise.

04

You support your customers

This is the part people underestimate. We support you - the account, the server, anything platform-level - but your customers are yours to answer, at whatever hours you have promised them.

Billing software is the one thing not included - we do not resell billing platforms, and you run that side yourself.

Questions

About reselling hosting

Moving clients from another host? Tell us how many accounts and we will plan the cutover with you.

What is reseller hosting?

You buy one allocation of storage and accounts, then split it into your own packages using WHM and hand each customer their own cPanel. To them it is your hosting company. To us it is one account.

Which control panels do I get?

Two. WHM for you, which is where you create packages and accounts and set their limits. cPanel for each customer, which is what they log into. They never see WHM.

Do you provide billing software?

No. We do not resell billing platforms and there is no billing addon on these plans - you license and run that side yourself. There are several well-known ones to choose from, and invoices by hand are perfectly reasonable while you are small.

Is it really white-label?

Yes. Your nameservers, your branding on the client side, and we do not contact your customers. If one of them contacts us directly we will point them back to you rather than take over the relationship.

Who supports my customers?

You do. We support you at any hour, on anything platform-level - the server, the allocation, a account that will not behave. We do not offer support directly to your customers, because to them we do not exist.

Can I move up a plan later?

Yes, and it is the usual path - people start on RH1 and move when the account count rather than the storage runs out. Ask support and we will move you across.

Do I get a dedicated IP?

On RH2 and RH3. RH1 does not include one, which is worth knowing if you need your own SSL setup or your own nameserver records pointing at a fixed address.

Is there a one-click installer?

Yes, Softaculous is on every plan, and your customers get it inside their own cPanel too - so they can install WordPress themselves rather than asking you to.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Seven days. If it is not what you expected in the first week, tell us and we will refund it.

Can I move my existing clients across?

Yes. If they are on cPanel now it is usually straightforward - tell us how many accounts and where they are, and we will plan it so nobody loses mail on the day.

Not sure which allocation you need?

Tell us how many client sites you are carrying now and how fast that is growing, and we will point at one rather than sell you the biggest.
