To order and use features of the SkyCore Host Platform (such as web hosting and domain name registration), we may require certain financial information to facilitate the processing of payments. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full credit card information — we receive payment status confirmation and store only the last 4 digits of your card.
When you communicate with SkyCore Host (including via inquiry windows, chat windows, or chatbots), we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide or disclose. In order to respond to your request, we may also access information provided in your SkyCore Host Account and your purchase history.
When you use the SkyCore Host Platform or contact us directly, we may automatically collect information, including personal information, about the services you use and how you use them.
We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the SkyCore Host Platform, even if you have not created an account or logged in. After de-activation of your Account, we will retain a de-personalized profile for compliance purposes (your email will be changed to user@deleted.com and your name and contact information will be erased), alongside the financial and legal records listed in the table above.
