Google Workspace

Google's tools, on your own domain

Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar and Docs running at your company name instead of gmail.com - set up, migrated and billed through us, so there is one place to ask when something needs sorting.

Gmail on your domain Drive and Docs Meet and Calendar Admin console
What you get

The whole suite, at your name

Google sells Workspace as one thing rather than parts, which is either the point of it or the annoying bit, depending on what you need.

01

Gmail at your own name

The interface everybody already knows.

you@yourcompany.com rather than a personal address
The spam filtering Gmail is actually known for
Works in the browser, the Gmail app, or your usual mail client
02

Meet, Calendar and Chat

Scheduling that does not need a thread.

Video meetings with dial-in and screen sharing
Shared calendars, so you can see who is free
Chat for the things that do not deserve an email
03

Drive, Docs and Sheets

One copy of the file, not seven.

Real-time editing without emailing versions around
Shared team drives that survive people leaving
Search across everything you have access to
04

An admin console

Control without a support ticket.

Add and remove users as the team changes
Groups, permissions and security policies
Recover a departed employee's account and data

Storage per user, meeting size and admin controls vary by tier. Those are Google's figures and Google changes them, so we would rather size it with you than publish a number that is out of date by the time you read it.

Why buy it here

Same product, someone to call

Workspace is identical whoever you buy it from. What differs is who sets it up and who answers when mail stops arriving on a Friday afternoon.

01

Migration included in the conversation

Existing mail, contacts and calendars come across. Tell us where they are now and we will tell you honestly what the cutover involves and how long it takes.

02

One bill, one place to ask

Workspace sits on the same invoice as your domain and hosting, and the same people answer when something is wrong - rather than a support form at a company that has never heard of you.

03

Set up properly the first time

The DNS records, the verification, the mail routing. Done for you, so mail does not disappear during the switch.

Questions

About Google Workspace

Moving a team across from something else? Open a chat and we will plan the cutover so nobody loses mail on the day.

What does it cost?

Workspace is priced per user and per tier by Google, and we quote it with the setup and migration included. Tell us how many people need an account and which tier you are considering, and we will price it properly rather than publish a figure that is wrong for your case.

Which tier should I pick?

They differ mainly in storage per user, video meeting size and admin controls. Rather than repeat Google's numbers here - they change - tell us how you work and we will tell you which one fits, including when the cheapest one is genuinely enough.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes, that is the usual case. If the domain is with us already the setup is quicker, but it does not have to be.

What happens to my existing mail and calendars?

They come with you. Mail, contacts and calendar data can be migrated from most providers, and there are several routes depending on where you are coming from. We plan it so nothing is lost in the gap.

Will it work with my current mail app?

Yes - through the Gmail web interface, the Gmail apps on iOS and Android, or a desktop client over IMAP or POP. Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird all work.

Can I buy just Gmail without the rest?

No. Google sells Workspace as one suite, and the parts are built to work together - a message becomes a calendar event, a file attaches from Drive. There is no Gmail-only tier.

Can I move an existing Workspace account to you?

Yes. Accounts transfer with the data intact. What does not carry over is any remaining term you have paid your current provider for, so it is worth timing the move near your renewal date.

Can I set up mailing lists and auto-replies?

Yes to both - groups with moderators and membership rules, and Gmail's vacation responder for out-of-office replies.

What is the policy on spam?

Google's terms apply to every account on the domain: no spam, no malware, no abuse of the service. Breaching them puts the whole domain at risk, not just the individual account.

How many people need an account?

Tell us the number and where your mail is now, and we will quote it and plan the migration.
